Frequently Asked Questions

Before the shoot, the property must be ready. You should fully declutter the house, that is, remove or hide any objects that make rooms appear untidy or distract potential buyers from what you want them to view (i.e., the layout of the room). Unwashed dishes, fridge magnets, tea towels in the kitchen, hair dryers, toothbrushes, shampoo bottles in the bathroom, colourful toys, little rugs and mats, household bins and giant family photographs on the walls are just a few examples. Don’t forget to prune trees, clean windows, mow the lawn, and clean up the yard in general. The presentation of your home matters.

Simply give us a call, and we’ll be pleased to put together a package that meets your requirements. We also offer extra editing services for an additional fee if you require.

The basic rule is that the image belongs to the person or business who took it. There are a few exceptions, but as we are independent contractors, any images we shoot are copyrighted to us. As a result, unless otherwise agreed in writing, we will maintain all copyright ownership rights (expressed or implied, or, in some cases, where the Copyright Act of 1968 specifies).

At this stage, we do not offer drone photography and videography. Though we can put you in touch with other photographers who can offer these services.

It is the property owner’s responsibility to stylise and alter the interior and exterior of the house before the photographer arrives for the booked session. The photographer will not touch, alter or move any objects except for window dressings and light switches as detailed below.

Of course! Please call or email us if you’d like us to make the reservation for you or show you how.

All photos are altered for distortion, cropping, and straightening, as well as colour temperature, saturation, brightness, clarity, exposure, contrast and sharpness.

We can arrange virtual furniture staging for an additional fee. Please let us know you are considering this option when making your booking and we will be in touch with a customised quote.
